I've look into the details and read parent reviews about the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller.  This is a unique stroller in that it accommodates a range of seating options for two children.  It also can fit two infants seats which is a real plus. Being a tandem stroller, this is a great option for getting around tight places and through standard sized doors. The price for this double stroller is one of the lowest out there.

The Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller can accept two infant car seats.  It can also carry an infant and a toddler, or two toddlers.  It is unique in it's design from competitor double strollers because though it is a sit and stand stroller, it can also accommodate the two infant car seats.  This is a great stroller for parents of twins because it will grow with your children.  Not all of the sit and stand double strollers can accommodate two infant car seats.

The Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller can accommodate up to 50 pounds of weight.  This is a much higher weight capacity than similar style sit and stand strollers.  If you still need a higher weight capacity, you can find it in some of the other tandem and also side by side strollers.  But if you are just wanting this for a short time in your children's life, this stroller may be perfect for you.  A lot will depend on how fast your children grow.

Stroller Weight

A nice thing about the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller is that it only weighs 34 pounds.  Some of the other types of double strollers weigh a heck of a lot more.  

Wheels

There are 6 wheels on the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller.  Four wheels are in the front and 2 are in the back.  The wheels are made from rubber, not plastic.  The rubber makes for a much smoother and quieter ride than plastic wheels.

Seating

The seating style is going to depend on the ages of the passengers and if you are using 1 car seat, 2 car seats, or no car seats.  When carrying two infants with 2 car seats, the seating for this stroller is stadium style.  Both infants will be facing you as you push the stroller.  The car seats are not included with the stroller purchase.

The seats have a 5 point harness system.  This seems to be a standard with strollers.  Some have commented that the seats could have been cushioned a bit better.  Parents have put blankets on the seat backs to accommodate for lack of cushioning and the bar that children may feel when leaning back.

For two toddlers, you will have a few options.  Both children can sit on the seats while facing forward.  Or one can sit on the front seat, while the other sits on the back seat that faces the parent.  Another option is that one child can face forward in the front seat, while one stands facing forward just like mom or dad.

Canopies

The Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller comes with two individual canopies.  Both are adjustable and both work separately from each other.  Both also are removable.  This is a nice option, because there may be some days that you just don't need the canopy and would rather have your children see the view better.

Maneuverability

Because this is a tandem stroller (With one child in the back and one in the front), this stroller will maneuver through standard doorways and tight spots with ease.  Parents who took this stroller on long day trips like Disney Land appreciated that they could maneuver in and out of doorways and tight spots with the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller.  The dimensions of the stroller are 21.5"W x 49"L x 43"H.

Storage

There is a large storage basket under the seats.  It can can hold a lot of baby stuff for a day's worth of activities.  The Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller also has a parent organizer storage area between the two cup holders.  That storage area can hold a cell phone, keys, money, and other small objects.

Child's Tray With Cup Holders

Both the front and back seat have a removable child's tray.  There is a place for a bottle, sippy cup, snacks, a child teether, or toys.  I like that it's removable for when you won't be needing it.  When a child might be in and out a lot such as during a trip to the zoo, you have the option to keep the trays at home or in your vehicle.

Folds Down

The Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller can be folded down with just one hand.  This is a nice option for a parent of two (or more) children.  You may even be able to hold one child in your arm while folding the stroller down with your other free hand.

Recline

Both seats recline on this double stroller.  The rear one reclines more than the front.  The seats operate independently from each other.  This is a nice option in case you have one child that wants to lay back and sleep and one that is awake and wants to sit up.

Brakes

This stroller includes a foot brake for when you want to park your stroller and make sure that it stays immobile.  This is a standard on the other double strollers I reviewed.  

Let's not forget the parents here.  You will also have a place for your own sippy cups (or water bottles if you prefer to adult that day). The tray will be right in front of you behind the handlebar.

After careful review of the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Double Stroller, I feel it's a versatile stroller that should meet the needs of parents.  It will hold two infants or an infant and a toddler, or two toddlers.  I think some kids will enjoy standing on the back of the stroller just like mom or dad.  I like the option that if they get tired, you can simply flip the back seat down and let them ride.  The price is very low, so I'm giving this two thumbs up.
