Wraps Can Be Too Hot To Wear in Warm Weather

A disadvantage to wraps over other types of carriers with straps are that wraps are designed to hold the baby close to the parent's body.  The issue is that when it's warm outside, both the baby and parent may get too hot sharing that body heat.  Here is one comment about the thermal factor nature of this wrap,

"The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because its very warm and baby gets hot in the summer. I've only been able to use it for about an hour and a half at a time and baby and I are soaking wet from heat at the end. I'm sure for cooler weather it would be great."

The Ergo Baby Carrier by CuddleBug is a wrap that is made long for comfort.  It comes in a neutral color of grey and it is machine washable.  It is great for cool and cold weather, but like all wraps, it can get hot in the summer.  The price is about average for what you would pay for a wrap of this size and quality.  I can't see where you could go wrong by purchasing this wrap.
