Safety

I was not seeing any safety issues with this seat.  Here is a positive comment I found on safety of the Graco DuetSoothe Swing and Rocker,

"This swing is soft, comfy, and safe. The seat is removable and can be used as just a baby seat or a rocking seat. The size is pretty compact."

Ease of Installation

Putting this swing together seemed to not be an issue with parents.  Here is one comment about the installation,

Durability
