Here Is The Method That Is Helping Women Everywhere Embrace Their Natural Gray Hair

Gray hair will arrive for most women at some point in their lives.  Whether you look at it as a crown of glory for getting the opportunity to grow old, or something to hide, I have some options for you to consider.  I’ll be going over some natural methods to help reverse the graying process, and things to consider about going natural and grey.

Black Strap Molasses

Black strap molasses is a great natural home remedy for gray hair.  Many people have had positive results with black strap molasses, and said that it helped reverse graying hair and brought back their natural hair color.  Black strap molasses contains iron, manganese, selenium, and copper, which are four minerals that help preserve your natural hair color and help the production of hair pigments.  It also contains high amounts of calcium and magnesium, which is essential for stronger and healthier hair growth.

How To Use:

Eat a tablespoon of black strap molasses every other day for a few months.  Make sure that the black strap molasses that you bought is made from sugar can juice, not beet sugar.

Coconut Oil

If there was ever an ingredient that would help with gray hair, it is coconut oil.  Not only does it help with gray hair, but it also prevents other hair issues such as dandruff.  If you are wanting to get rid of gray hair as well as keep your hair healthy, you should definitely try using coconut oil.

How To Use:

Include coconut oil, coconut milk, or coconut meat in your diet. You could also use coconut oil for a head massage or add it to your homemade hair masks.  If you decide to use it in your homemade hair masks, try adding a tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel for an extra boost.

Onions

Onions are rich in antioxidant enzyme catalase, which restores your hair’s natural color.  They also contain vitamin C, folic acid, and copper which can help delay your hair from becoming gray.  There are many ways to use onions for your hair.  While it is important to have onions in your diet, you can also make hair masks from onions and onion juice.  Not only will onion juice prevent gray hair, but it will also make your hair soft, shiny, and full.

How To Use:

To make onion juice, simply blend the onion in a blender and strain the juice with a sieve or muslin cloth.  Apply the onion juice to your scalp, and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can rinse your hair as you normally would.  Repeat twice a week.  Another option is to mix onion juice with equal amounts of coconut oil and follow the same instructions that I’ve already mentioned.  And lastly, you could mix onion juice with one egg and a tablespoon of olive oil if the smell of onions is too strong for you.

B12 Vitamins

If your hair is increasingly becoming gray, and if you are also experiencing brain fog, shortness of breath, and sleepiness, there is a good chance that you are deficient in vitamin B12. You can find vitamin B12 in meat, fish, eggs, milk, and other dairy products. If you have recently become a vegetarian or vegan, it is common for you to experience a deficiency in B12. If you are a vegan or vegetarian, you can take a B12 supplement.  A B12 supplement can come in the form of a pill, gummy, or liquid spray.

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice contains vitamin B, C, and phosphorus which nourishes the hair.  It will also protect the hair follicles from damage.  For best results, mix lemon juice with coconut oil, and then apply it to your scalp.

Stop Smoking

Smoking is unhealthy for your whole body, let alone your hair. Smoking causes oxidative stress, which is known to increase the aging process, and can make your hair turn gray before you reach age 30.  So, if you are wanting to prevent gray hair you will need to stop smoking.

Be Proud Of Your Gray Hair

If you don’t mind having gray hair, try leaving your hair the way it is.  While to some people gray hair is an annoying color, most people nowadays think it is a stylish color.  A lot of people are dyeing their hair gray these days.  In fact, gray hair was listed in the top 10 hair color dyes for 2018.  Gray and white hair is actually expensive to get if you wanted to dye your hair.  Gray hair, also called silver hair, can cost up to $400 on your first visit to the hair salon.

And then you would have to visit your hair salon every once in a while to maintain your hair color.  Just imagine how much money you would have to spend to get gray hair, and here you already have it naturally!  So before you begin feeling annoyed by your gray hair, think about how many people admire that color and spend hundreds of dollars to get it.  Besides, you can’t get any more natural than leaving your hair the way it naturally is.  So unless you are really annoyed by your hair color, leaving it the way it is will probably be a good choice.
