The design helps to prevent back pain.  This carrier is made to carry a child until either 3 years of age or 40 pounds, whichever comes first.  The built in hip seat allows the child to always be in a natural sitting position with knees even at hip level.

Storage Pockets

There is a hidden storage pocket and a smartphone side pocket.  This may seem like a small detail and it is, but it is the small details that make life easier.  This mom explains how one of the storage pockets makes mom life easier for her,

"The huge pocket underneath the seat has to be at least in my top 3 favorite features! There’s is so much room under there, I can easily get away with leaving my diaper bag in the car while I’m running errands, which is SO nice!

Adjustable

This carrier has a 3D adjustable system that easily adjusts the fit from front to back.  Here is one of the comments on adjustability,

"The straps are easily adjusted to fit me or my husband, which is nice for quick switches if we want to trade her off for whatever reason."

Comfort

This appears to be the most comfortable of the carriers that I've reviewed.  The feedback left by parents reflect that it is comfortable for both parent and baby. This would be a good carrier to take out on long excursions.  Here is one of the comments,

"The little seat makes for a comfortable carry and ride for parent and kid. We did 6+ mile hikes (in the heat) and the kid was comfortable enough to nap through parts of it and cool as well thanks to the breathable netting."

Price

Ok, you are going to pay a whole lot for this carrier.  However, if you will be using it a lot until your baby hits the 3 year or 40 pound mark, it may just be worth it.  Here is a comment on the cost,

"The price point is higher than some carriers but the quality and features are worth it."

The MiaMily HIPSTER+ Child & Baby Carrier is a high quality carrier that is on the expensive side.  However, it is built to be very comfortable for both parent and baby.  This carrier will hold a child up to 3 years or 40 pounds whichever comes first.  It has a good weight distribution, storage pockets, and it is adjustable.  Other than the high price, I can't see where you could go wrong by going with this carrier.
