My Conclusion 

The Philips Avent Day Disposable Breast Pads are an economical choice for nursing pads. You will get 60 pads at a bargain price.  Most women who used them reported that they were soft and also comfortable.  They are individually wrapped which is good for when you need to pack and go.  However, there is a downside and that is that they may show through.
