Things To Consider When Purchasing…
[amazon box=”B01476ZJBW”]
In order for you to purchase the product that will fit your needs, you will need to ask yourself a few questions. To help you get started, I’ve included a list below of some simple considerations to keep in mind while purchasing the Baby Delight – Snuggle Nest.
- How Old Is Your Baby? The first consideration for you to ask yourself is how old your baby is. Although this baby co-sleeper does not have an exact weight or age limit, customers thought that you should stop using this co-sleeper once your baby learned how to roll. It will probably work for babies until they are about 6 months old. Of course, if your baby outgrows this co-sleeper he or she will not be able to use it anymore. Once your baby has outgrown it, you may want to transition him or her to a baby crib.
- How Much Money Are You Willing To Spend? Consider how much money you are willing to spend on a baby co-sleeper. The Baby Delight – Snuggle Nest is at a good price, especially since it comes with soothing sounds, a light, and a traveling bag.
- Do You Want a Co-Sleeper That Gets Placed On the Bed Or Beside the Bed? This type of co-sleeper gets placed on the bed. However, there are many other types of co-sleepers, including sidecars, bedside co-sleepers, and co-sleepers for toddlers. If you are wanting something that gets placed beside the bed, you’ll want something different than this. A sidecar co-sleeper is a great option, as it is like an extension to the bed. A bedside co-sleeper on the other hand is like a bassinet. And finally, a co-sleeper for toddlers is more of a crib, but the sides can come off so that it is like an extension to the bed. Consider which type will fit your needs.
Who Should Buy This Product
Any parent who is wanting to safely co-sleep with their baby may be interested in this product. Unlike most baby co-sleepers, this product features Brahm’s Lullaby and soothing womb sounds, as well as a light. These features can help your little one fall to sleep quickly.
This baby co-sleeper has breathable sides, which helps keep your baby cool and prevent suffocation. Customers liked that this product was easy to travel with in its included traveling bag. Perhaps what customers liked the most was the light, which allowed them to easily see when breastfeeding or looking for their child’s pacifier. Not many customers used the light to calm their baby, but they did use it for those reasons.
Who Shouldn’t Buy This Product
Do not buy this product if your baby is active and can roll around. According to customers, babies that roll around do not do well in this co-sleeper because they are constantly bumping against the sides. Babies that move a lot may also hit themselves on the light.
Another complaint from customers is that the music does not stay on for long. If your baby does not fall asleep right away, you will need to turn the music back on again, which can be hard to do in the dark. Customers also did not like how thin the mattress was. Finally, some customers wished the sides were taller. According to customers, plus-size parents may be able to roll on top of their baby still.

Soothing Womb Sounds and Music
The most unique feature that this product has is its soothing womb sounds and music. A lot of customers commented that their baby fell asleep to the womb sounds and soothing music. There are 5 sound levels which you can control. The music also shuts off automatically after 5 minutes. Although it is nice that the music automatically shuts off, some customers wished it would stay on longer. Unfortunately, the only way to keep the music playing is to keep turning it back on.
Night Light

Social Proof From Amazon
I’ve scoured the internet for customer comments and feedback for the Baby Delight – Snuggle Nest. I’ll share some of what I found here:
“LOVE this Snuggle Nest!!! Our little one is 3 weeks old and has spent every night in bed with us. The XL is nice and long so I think he’ll be in it for a while. We have a king size bed and there’s plenty of room for 2 adults and the Snuggle Nest. He seems comfortable and sleeps well at night. Comes with night light and music/sounds. The entire cover is easy to remove for cleaning and so is the sheet on the “mattress”. The only thing I wish was different – I wish the sheet included was softer. Definitely NOT a deal breaker by any stretch but it would be nice. Also, I have had trouble finding extra sheets for the XL. I would like to have extra sheets while washing the one it comes with. Overall, incredibly happy with this buy. We love keeping our little one close, knowing he is safe by our side.”
“I was very hesitant about purchasing this. The reviews are mixed but that’s how it is with everything. I have a king size bed. This cosleeper leaves ample space for 2 average size adults to sleep comfortably. I think it might be too big for 2 adults in a QUEEN bed but it’s great in my KING bed. My baby is 2 weeks old and he refuses to sleep in his bedside bassinet. That led to several sleepless nights. I placed him in the cosleeper and he is sleeping next to me as we speak. The rails along side are high enough to protect my baby. Neither of us are “large” adults. So for someone who is considered “large” the rails might not seem to provide enough safety. But for us, it’s perfect. If for some reason we rolled over, the rail would definitely stop us from hurting baby. It has a removable part that allows you to put the baby on an incline. An incline would benefit babies who suffer from acid reflux. So I thought this was worth mentioning.”
“This has been, hands down, one of the best baby products that we own! Before receiving the Snuugle Nest XL, I had the baby next to my bed in a rock-n-play sleeper so I could easily get to her when she woke up… and, since I’m a worrier, so I could check on her the 50 other times per night just to make sure she was okay. Even on baby #3 I’m still ‘that’ mom. The rocker was okay, but I had to get out of bed to pick her up when she was up or search for a light when I was checking on her. The nest solved both problems! Now I just have to look over to know she’s safe and sound! The little light that attached to the top of the Snuggle Nest isn’t bright enough to disturb the baby or my husband but bright enough for me to see what I’m doing.
The sides are hard and tall enough that I don’t worry about rolling on the baby and the mesh like material is breathable enough that I don’t worry about the baby in it either. The XL size leaves my 10week 11lb baby plenty of extra room away from the sides and enough room to allow me to change her diaper. We aren’t cramped for space on our King sized bed with this in the center and the baby seems comfortable in it as well. She doesn’t care for the music or heart sounds but that isn’t specific to this product because she doesn’t care for it on her swing or bouncer either. I love the cloud pattern (I’m not much on character prints) and that it folds easily with a carrying handle. I can easily throw it in he car and she has had several naps in her surround on grandma’s floor while we are visiting! This is MUCH easily to travel with than her rock-n-play sleeper by far! Love it!”
