For the price, you really can’t go wrong if you want a basic carrier that is adjustable. Here is what people are saying about the price,

Shoulder Straps
The shoulder straps are padded. They are not overly thick though, so this carrier should work well for a small baby, but once a baby hits 20 pounds, the parent may find the straps to be uncomfortable. This is a very basic design, with a thin strap that buckles across your upper back. Better carriers, that also cost much more, will usually have an X shaped strap on the back for comfort and for distributing the weight better. The Infantino Flip 4-in-1 Convertible Carrier is a very inexpensive carrier made for babies that are between 8 to 32 pounds. However, the straps might get uncomfortable carrying a baby over 20 pounds. Also, there were quite a few comments about the leg holes being too small and cutting off circulation. However, despite those two issues, most people gave this carrier good reviews. It is lightweight and breathable and the price is hard to beat.
