The Infantino Flip 4-in-1 Convertible Carrier is a convertible carrier, that has 4 options for carrying. The child can be carried facing in, in a narrow seat. The narrow seat is smaller, so would be good for small infants. As the child grows, he or she can be carried facing in, in a wide seat. The other options are facing out, and back carry. This will hold infants 8 to 32 pounds. It has an adjustable seat, leg openings, straps, and waist belt. It is machine washable. Included with the carrier is a Wonder Cover 2-in 1 bib.

For the price, you really can't go wrong if you want a basic carrier that is adjustable. Here is what people are saying about the price,
"If you want to make sure that your baby will like a soft structured carrier and aren't ready to invest in a nicer expensive one, this is the carrier for you. Or if you never want to spend a lot of money on a carrier, you will still get decent quality with this."
Material is Lightweight and Breathable
The material of this carrier is both lightweight and breathable. Here is what a customer said about the weight,
"Offers great support for baby and for who’s wearing it, it’s super lightweight, easy to clean and can be used in multiple positions. 2 thumbs up."
The shoulder straps are padded. They are not overly thick though, so this carrier should work well for a small baby, but once a baby hits 20 pounds, the parent may find the straps to be uncomfortable. This is a very basic design, with a thin strap that buckles across your upper back. Better carriers, that also cost much more, will usually have an X shaped strap on the back for comfort and for distributing the weight better. Here is what a customer had to say about the shoulder straps,
"Only down fall is the straps are not very padded and my arms and shoulders tend to get sore after an hour."
Made For Babies Who are 8 to 32 Pounds
This is a nice and inexpensive baby carrier for smaller babies. It is made for babies up to 32 pounds, however, parents commented that it may get tough carrying heavier babies. Here is what people are saying about the baby carrying capacity,
"I cant imagine holding up a heavy baby in this for any longer than an hour. Luckily my baby is on the smaller side (11lbs) so it wasn't too bad. If he were much heavier, my shoulders would kill!"
Leg Hole Issues
There were quite a few comments on the leg holes cutting off circulation in baby's legs. Here are one of the many leg hole complaints,
"One problem is that it kind of cuts out my baby's blood circulation in the legs. You can watch the little feet turn purple in a few minutes."
The Infantino Flip 4-in-1 Convertible Carrier is a very inexpensive carrier made for babies that are between 8 to 32 pounds. However, the straps might get uncomfortable carrying a baby over 20 pounds. Also, there were quite a few comments about the leg holes being too small and cutting off circulation. However, despite those two issues, most people gave this carrier good reviews. It is lightweight and breathable and the price is hard to beat. I hope that my review of the Infantino Flip 4-in-1 Convertible Carrier can help you decide if you should try out this carrier!
